We went half board and we normally avoid this but the foodat their restaurant (Fonda Caner) was amazing (and we're both quitefussy, normally).   I loved everything about Hostal Es Bas. From the minute my friend and I arrived the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. The location was great, only steps away from the beach and it was so great to wake up to an ocean view each morning. The breakfasts on the terrace were wonderful as well. Es Bas has the best eating area on the beach where you have your breakfast al fresco with lovely views. Food excellent
