Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. We enjoyed our stay here! Very homely and the staff we very accommodating especially with all our tourist questions. Very close to Las Ramblas and all the fun. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do Barcelona on the cheap. -

Excellent positioning - 2 min on foot from a shopping
area/Starbucl/Universitat Metro and max 10-15 min on foot from
Placa de Catalunya and La rambla. It saves you a lot of time if you want
to visit places and don't like to spend too much time in the subway
or with your map trying to see where the nearest subway is. The
personell is very nice and the places looks pretty well.
