  The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My Spanish is very limited but they always took the time to make sure I understood how things worked there. Excellent food&wine in the restaurant, overall great service. I was able to park front of hotel. 2 small dogs with me were free of charge. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. About 10 mins drive to ferry.

  The property is beautiful, the staff were hospitable, friendly, helpful and downright adorable. Santander is in a part of Spain that does not speak English, and being the only one of 3 that speaks high-school spanish, ie, not much, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we knew where we were going and what to do.
