We like the friendliness of the owners. We were met and welcomed by Carina who made us feel at home. We were shown to the cottage which was very clean. Carina explained what the facilities the cottage had. It was a two bedroom and it had entertainment for the children. They could use the wi-fi facility of the establishment which the enjoyed. Carina and Andre are really people's people and it was easy having a conversation with them. We were really surprised to find a decanter of cherry as well.

Carina is a wonderful, friendly host who has achieved the right balance of being there when you need her whilst giving you the space to relax. The one bed unit was superb with high spec kitchen, comfy sofa and lovely large bed with en-suite. There was a bottle of wine and milk waiting for us and when my partner expressed a desire for beer, one appeared as if by magic! Is Carina really a fairy godmother??. A lovely place in quiet, safe surroundings (in a town that seems to be laid back in time in the best way), a warm welcome from our host Carina, lots of hiking trails all around, also lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance - and Yes! it is safe to walk around even at night. And lots of old houses in the Cape-Holland-style in this quaint little town. Everything - Carina is an excellent host- the rooms are beautiful and nothing is too much trouble .If you want a place to stay in Montagu to stay either as a couple , with friends or family this place is superb. Extremely well appointed - hostess goes more than the extra mile to make you feel completely at home. Attention to detail in the extreme including the extras one does not expect. i very much liked the owner of the appartments. She is e very good person! Ik also liked the way the appartment is taking care of in every detail. 1.The welcome from the owner 2. The town 3. The tractor trip arranged by the owner 4. The wonderful apartment 5. The surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the friendliness and comfort of the accommodation. Exceptional value, everything you require to get your mind re winded. The accommodation was fantastic and the owner was a gem - to say the least. Wonderful place to stay. We will definitely go back. Everything from the appearance of the guest house and faculities to the warmth of the owner. Very pleasant,clean and value for money will go back anytime if we in the region Martine. Excellent venue. Staff were very helpful. Place clean and close to shops and spa. clean high standard finish A/c and heating location facilities staff. Great location, wonderful hosts, the room was beautiful, thanks. A fabulous find on route 62, wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing. This is amazing value for money. I don't know how anyone could find fault!. Nothing we didn't like. nothing!. The fact that I could not spend a few more days. the word 'swimmingpool" is a little too big, because this is very small. But has a very good warm tempture!. Nothing to dislike. Absolutely nothing. nothing.
