Very Friends kindfull staff The best Staff and Welcome I ever met! Very good Place! Sven I will come back to Kathmandu I only want to go in this Hotel! And please Don t worry about Noise..... Everywhere in Kathmandu it is noisy, Even in 5 Star. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and it gave all the customers a very nice vibe. Its rooms are clean and the free breakfast is quite good. I really enjoyed my stay there.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in thamel. In a small court, quiet with excllent staff. Very funny , and clean....absolutely suggest!. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped is book a trip to Chitwa and river rafting in Tishali river. Very friendly and helpful staff, reacted fast on any kind of request, onsight and via email. I liked the staff which is very friendly , kind and funny. Staff Wifi Localization. Friendly staff, specially Brish, who can arrange all kind of tours, already in advance. Location: in the middle of Thamel, with lots of restaurants/shops etc. They prepared breakfast outside the normal serving time, because we had to leave early. We stayed at hotel silver home for 2 nights during October 2013..the staff were really helpful and nice,this hotel has a great location in the heart of thamel!. Good Location for shopping and City Tour. Most of the Restaurants nearby. Free WiFi. Value for money. I liked the location, two rooms were good, staff very cooperative. wifi service and friendly environment with staffs. right in the heart of Thamil. There were cockroaches in the bathroom at night. Complimentary breakfast is pretty basic. staff promised to book similiar priced room when my reservations ran out but failed to do so. since i planned my day on this promise i was disappointed. i wasnt actually expecting them to do this for me so in actuality they were in fact trying to do more then they could deliver. otherwise i give them approval in service and comfort. Bathroom was a bit dirty, the water had a strange 'metal' smell. The beds do not offer any comfort. There is a place with live music just behind the hotel, so do not expect to sleep early. No Electricity most of the time. No generator facility for power backup. didn't pick up us from the Airport and no elevator..that's it, rest were fine. umm... emergency food service... There was some hassle about the room I had reserved not being available, another guest I talked to had a similar problem, in both cases we were pushed to pay more. I booked 4 rooms ,staff gave me 2 rooms in hotel silver home,& 2 rooms in beside another hotel on 3-5-2013 at 11.00 pm venkateshwar rao pyata. Bad service. Dirty, poor place in a very bad location in Kathmandu.
