  I had arranged to have a shuttle at the airport to pick us up and take us to the hotel. They picked us up as arranged and took us to the parking area near the hotel where hotel staff met us to walk to the hotel with us and assist with luggage.   We had a delightful 2 day stay at Riad Diana at the beginning of a 10 day holiday in Morocco. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours (because of snow in England!) so we arrived fairly late at night.   This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%
