I was with my husband this summer at the Riad Flam that I highly recommend to spend some wonderful days of relaxation and comfort . we tasted their exceptional kitchenn, made a beautiful hammam and spent pleasant hours on the patio. The rooms have furniture and details very well kept , the staff is. friendly and efficient . I tried some of the spa treatments and recommend their massages, The riad is. very clean, reception well organized and always available to meet our every request. we m.

This is a lovely hotel . The staff are lovely and make it their mission to make you feel at home . I had a massage it was wonderful . the rooms are lovely - we stayed in ruby and Chryslel and loved both The roof too sunbathing area is so nice ! If I come back to Marrakech I would definitely stay in the same place. The terrace with fresh towels, sun hats and a warm stone jacuzzi. Beautiful room, decorations and facilities with dressing gown and underfloor heating. Hammam was lovely, good value and certainly worth it. The place was beautiful. The decor,attention to detail and staff were absolutely amazing...great breakfast and so peaceful for being in the old medina.. Location is great, but a little hard to get to unless you use a taxi. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful in setting up an excursion. We stayed with our 19 months old baby and they treated him very well. Flam's massage was just great. Nothing. Never staying in a Riad before I didn't know what to expect. Felt slightly closterfobic..negotiating the ally ways alone in the old medina was rather intimidating, especially at night, and inside I was all walled in as well, even on the roof top..had to move to new part of city so I could "breath"..but it really was beautiful!. It was a bit pricy, and the bus for the excursion the staff helped us setup never showed up. Irritated on returning back to hotel if the time is arround midnight because of the location. Room could have been larger and lighter. We didn't stay long enough!. Due to the nature of a Riad, sometimes tends to be a bit noisy as people move about around the room or in the courtyard. But a very small niggle - did not impact the overall experience. Having to leave. Limited space on roof terrace- only 6 sunbeds - but not really anything that can be done about that due to size of area. Get up earlier?. Problems with wifi inside the room. Breakfast should be more varied. Nothing. Nothing. English is not a stregness. the bargaining. Poor wifi from time to time. Nothing to sas.
