Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places. This gives me a good feeling everyday when I come back from touring outside ... Clean room with clean towels.
And the facilities is as per what it's stated in the website. Very good and satisfying. -

When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings.

You should stay here if you have a group like me. They allow me to add person without charge because I pay for 1 apartment with 3 rooms
They also provide kitchen facilities and fix all problems in the rooms
There is travel agent at reception so it's convenient to ask information and places to go but I propose to do all by yourself after having information if you want to save money
You should ask for a driver and ask him to take you to city centre and enjoy seafood, so delicious and vẻy cheap

Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.

Almost everything was perfect during our stay there. The wifi was great, had no problems at all with the connectivity. Rooms are clean, air-conditioning was good as well. Lots of channels to watch on TV as well if you don't feel like going out. The owner was friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely come back again and stay with Marina Vacati

The manager Michael was particularly helpful especially when the washing machine flooded the kitchen and must say I am really grateful. All the washing of the half washed clothes and drying was done a his own time. -

My family stayed at KK for 4 days and I enjoy the staying very much, feel like a home away from home. We usually walked back to KK through the water-front market and bought back a lot of local fruits and vegetables. Then we would enjoy the delicious fruits at night and "home" made breakfast next morning. Very relaxing.

The apartment had heaps of room, everything you need,pool side views, very close to shops and staff very friendly. There is no office on location for billing but with a text or phone call Aaron and staff are there to help and very easy going they arranged transfers to and from airport at a email, text or call and came to apartment to finalise the bill. The whole family from Grandparents to Grandchildren loved it.
