  The staff always made sure we had all we needed. The resort's private beach is exquisite and has a snorkeling trail for its clients. They also have a nice trekking path with a nice view of the tropical forest (an employee will take you there complimentarily). The spa was amazing as they have well trained professionals taking care of you. Food is very good quality and plentiful. These people care about guests having an enjoyable time at the resort.

  The staff was incredibly friendly and we enjoyed the tours seeing Orang-Utans in the trees. It is remarkable that your guide picks you up at the airport and supports you all the way through. The location itself is splendid and there is good protection against mosquitos through solid window nets.
