The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The pool was very nice and the views over the Straits from the front of the hotel were lovely. It appeared to be a popular hotel for business and families. The road system nearby is quite complic

The staff were amazing. I was travelling alone and they were especially
attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location
is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The
restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced
before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.
