A very old hotel, perhaps the biggest in JB with link to the mall next door. Easy access to/from highways, thus avoiding the jam on Tebrau Road. It has been extensively refurbished and upgraded. Love the big room, huge twin beds! Breakfast was good, plenty of choices

We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. It has a wonderful set of young and very helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we commend it for the excellent breakfast. Friendly staffs, all basic things like towel, toothbrush, tv with programmes to watch, the hotel is nicely designed. Extra door before the lift for extra security. Lift buttons are touch sensors, very cool. Basin for handwash before lift. The basin is just what I need when my hands are oily from the breakfast in the hotel.

The room and location is very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and takes initiative to help you. Waiting area is big (many seatings). Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall).

The overall room was spacious with simple yet trendy design. I particularly like the beige/dark brown color scheme. The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :)
Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food.
Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation.

Staff attitide is excellent. I would like to thanks the staff who work at the night shift (around 12am). There's no parking available but staffs tried their best to find the parking lot for me. I did not expect I will have such high standard of service when staying at budget hotel. Although its at cheaper rate, the facilities is the best among all

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was there during weekends and requested them to book a cab for me. No cab wanted to come to fetch me due to the location and the "boss" told me that if needed he will send me to the place I intend to go. I did not ask for his help but when I was going back after checkout, he send me back to the shopping center nearby.
