The staffs were very helpful and friendly even though we had some
technical problem during check in. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Tv channels are clear. -
The room is clean, well organized. Room, great outdoor pool and relaxing
ambient. F n b staff are well mannered too.

Stayed in Deluxe room for 3 pax. It's the only hotel that actually
provided amenities for 3 pax without asking. Most other hotels, I have
to call for extra amenities even though I already booked for 3 pax! Love
the decor, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom (no tub but there's
rain shower!), just 3 mins walk to ksl City & local food! I asked

The location is good and easy to find with the help from the gps.
Also it is surrounded with all the restaurants nearby and ksl mall is
just abt 3 mins away...car park is ample provided you park early
especially weekend.
We stayed in a triple deluxe room and room was comfortable and amenities is adequate though the air conditioning could be better as the remote switch seems malfunction.
All in...is value for money and I will return again if I drop by to JB again.

The view requested was received for one of my rooms out of two which saw the whole city. The cleanliness was good overall in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Front staffs are good although it's not all of them. Our room is
very clean, comfortable, and spacy. Everything looks good and new. I
really like the bathroom because it has a bathtub with clean, spacy, and
modern style. It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s)
weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since
it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this
hotel looks good and clean.

It was quite nice to stay in this hostel. And good rest, it became much quieter. Though the room, the bed was comfortable, clean. As it is strategically located between Danga mall, there are easy excess across Singapore. Moreover, you need to have own transportation. Nothing fancy about breakfast though. -

The staff were very helpful when I lost my way. They guided me on the phone patiently until I arrived at the hotel. Check in was speedy (it helps as I was already very tired at the end of the day). -
