  The hotel is good and service is wonderful! The kaiseki dinner was excellent with a good spread of variety. Breakfast was good too though at 3150 is a little pricey. The onsen is good though the outdoors onsen pool is smaller than shown in the picture. - The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and beautiful.   Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me pack gifts I brought from home to ship to another prefecture in Japan. The location was very convenient, right next door to the train station. Kumamoto was a great place to stay with the hotel being right next to the station. We would have loved to stay an extra night as there is plenty to do in this lovely castle city.   great location for shopping and eating; am surprised and happy to find a roman catholic church just opposite of the hotel; they have free wifi :) - The Triple Room was a great value for the money. The beds are fantastic and the room immaculate ! Would stay again.

  Beautiful location and views are incredible. All the rooms face out onto the bay and the incredible scenery. There is a wonderful bath facility and funky pool/aqua center that we enjoyed using. The hotel is also on a large property with walking trails which was very fun to explore. - Private beach Onsen Helpful staff

  From the standard of hotel in japan, The room is so big and comfortable. Scene is excellent. Exactly in the center of the city for shopping and leisure. The most value hotel in my trips in japan.   Very excellent hotel. Location is very closed to Nagasaki train station. Just a few walks, easy to find it out. Facilities in the room is very good. - The hotel is next to train station, very convenient to all activities. The facility is new and modern. Room with a view to the harbor was quiet.

  The hotel is nicely decorated and is quite spacious. All stuff here are super friendly and helpful. The receptionist could speak English and Chinese as well. He took a very good care of us. Very impressed. If you want to enjoy yourself in a nice and quiet small town, this is the hotel you should book. Not too many fancy and high-tech stuff, but ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » warm in deed. You could borrow bikes from the hotel and explore the small town yourself. - Sozankyo is a well-maintained ryokan -style accommodation that is ideal for Aso. It is located in a small town about 10 minute bus ride from Aso JR station. There is nothing much to say about the small town, but it is nice and cozy (i.e. don't expect any colorful night life here). The onsen is very nice and clean.
