The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable - we had a room with beds and a tatami area, kettle, fridge, TV, good aircon, a safe and ensuite. The laundry was very practical and the public hot bath relaxing.They had a good map in English as well as one in Japanese. The map showed places of interest and restaurants. Breakfast was simple toast and jam but you could bring your own yogurt and other things. There was a microwave and some food that could be bought. A very .
