Its really good and value for money...a must stay...though far from station but if you can walk its easy to go to Kokusai Dori or Matsuyama area... cleaniness of room. Soap land and soap land every where... quite a distance from train station and difficult to locate. this hotel locates in middle of red-light district. you get what you pay for I would think.
