  The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Best free wifi signals, it deserves 2 thumbs up for that. Short walking distance to the tsukiji market, the staffs were very helpful. They have exclusive amenities which I love their scents so much. There were many restaurants - Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear, Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city on the way.

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.   The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs. - Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor.   We love this hotel, it was very clean, comfort, convenient and well-trained staffs. Little quiet if compare with the other big city's location but we prefer staying at this hotel.
