  Hotel Victoria turned out to be a true 4-star hotel in a convenient location around the center of Trieste. The staff was most professional and attentive, not to mention fully fluent in English. The staff were extremely helpful, directing us to parking (with a special hotel rate), recommending and booking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (which was excellent) and even chilling a bottle of wine we'd brought with us. The room was amazing, clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.
