  very friendly staff; very modern and comfortable; clean; the entering into the hotel without reception by using mail or message instructions was a bit curious at the beginning but turned out very easy and useful afterwards - that just should be pointed out at the hotel description to be prepaired... - Alles!!! A bit tricky to find as it is on the 1st floor, but it was so special and nice, absolutely our favourit place!!!

  Welcome was very friendly as well as the owners were. If there were any problem, I could ask for its correction, and it would be done as soon as possible. Very friendly atmosphere not far from Trieste's main train station; moreover, local transport is easily accessible from the hotel. - Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful.   First,location and value for the money were the best. Very nice structure,an old house,from 1860,well designed,with all you need for a short or long stay,5 minute(on the stairs) from the - Unique - wonderful surprize to open the door at the top of 4 flights of stairs of a very old building to lovely rooms with antique furniture , breakfast in a sunfilled room with antique dishes and the most courteous host, David. Highly recommended as long as you are able to climb a lot of stairs.
