Amazing hotel, great location in the middle of all nice restaurants and shops.Very helpful front desk, they upgraded me due to a mistake in their system regarding my room preference. Consider rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for a great view, they are also renovated and very nicely furnished. Great breakfast. I will definitely come back.

The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! Everything - we visited the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The scenery and location was perfect. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout our stay ; the local food and wine were excellent. The best endorsement for the hotel is to say that we intend to return next year ; am looking forward to it already.
