  We stayed at this hotel twice in july 2013. For us it was an ideal location on our way to a camping in Toscana, and also for the return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too keen to leave my car loaded with 3 bicycles on the parking place. The staff allowed me to park the bicycles in their garage. Maybe not that good value for money compared to other cities, but generally the cities around lago como are expensive, so in that respect the price is okay.
