  The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels.   Claude is a wonderful host. He made me feel very welcome. The rooms where small but confetable and clean. The B&B is located very close to the Colloseum and other important sites in Rome. - Great location, walking distance from Colosseum, Roman Forum, Metro stations etc. Good restaurants nearby.

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right.
