Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! Certainly on my must list!!. The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch. This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

Large beautiful rooms (3) lounge, bedroom, bath. 2 balcony windows to look down at the people shopping in designer stores. Best of Best. The room was located in a great area of Rome. The building itself was very nice with marble steps and walls. Close to great shopping, restaurants and many of the most important historical sites. The room was very clean but rather small. Everything was perfect(huge,clean,charming room).Alessandro was very friendly and helpfull.We thank him ,and the taxidriver Lorentzo for all. Fantastic location, elegant accommodation, very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. An excellent base for a city break in Rome!. Best location in Rome. Best Value I have gotten in some time on a hotel. Nice roomy space. Great staff help. Not that i didn't like, but something I consider important to point out. Its a reformed flat that was transformed to a guest house, so there is no reception. But Alessandro is always there from 9 am to 9pm and can help you. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor and the shower head was wonky but lots of hot water which is always good. I wish they would of provided an extra blanket. Also the reception is in another building which caused some confusion upon our arrival but it worked itself out pretty quickly. The TV did not provide one English speaking station. It was all good. Not really a budget hotel. But they have bought other hotels and might go down a little on prices. Shower was poor. Everything was great!. Housecleaning staff left without replenishing linens or toilet paper. Rectified immediately by very helpful desk staff.
