  This is a lovely little B&B. The location is wonderful. You are a stones throw from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, its on a bustling lovely cobbled street with minimum noise as you are a couple of levels up. Everything is brand new and clean and decorated as you can see- with bright colours.   It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel.   Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... mitä ihmiset sanovat » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

  The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of Rome just a few steps from the Parliament. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with everything we needed (directions, restaurants [Gino’s was fantastic!], and the private chauffeur). The staff gave my husband and I a bottle of champagne for our 11-year anniversary and eve - Extremely helpful and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Close enough to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room with great shower facility a plus after a days sightseeing. Private airport transfer they arranged was by a mercedes and was only 7 euros more than an airport taxi, well worth it. The rest of Jonathan, Simona and Constantin's help and recomendations were just as good.
