Wonderful, absolutely new family mini-hotel in the art Nouveau style, consisting of several rooms on the second floor of a residential building in the centre of Rome, near the Pantheon and within walking distance from all the attractions of the city. Friendly owner of the hotel , delicious coffee, juice, fresh rolls and croissants and pastries in the morning. Because all rooms are new the owner continues to finish them and plans to hang paintings, curtains, bedding, carpets and put fresh flow.

Ulli and his wife adding many personal touches like the great design, and treats on return from full days out around Rome, from the farm cherries and peaches. Great pastries in morning. Quality nespresso machine available. Such a relaxing simple design luxury pad to use as a base for amazing Rome experience. So close to Pantheon and also Trevi fountain (a highlight), and still walking distance to river (great at night) and Trastivere for supper and. Location is splendid. Place is designed beautifully. Breakfast was in a beautiful coffee shop and very rich. It is located 2 alleys away, but that did not bother us. Free WiFi. Manager of the place very helpful and trusty. Its a (spacious and luxury) room only option in the city center. They offer a coffee and croissants choice for breakfast aand a local phone for free use so you could book and call whoever you need. Location of the hotel is perfect. Most of Rome's monuments are in walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is clean and tidy, and people working there are friendly. Rooms have beautiful decoration. Location of hotel is wonderfull, very close to main historical places in Roma.On the other hand, room is decorated very modern and staff is also very kindness,briefly, i satisfied. Truly excellent location, a 2 min walk from the amazing Pantheon. Very friendly staff. A fully stocked and FREE mini bar in the room. A very clean, comfortable and modern hotel. clean room, perfect hotel position to walk main tourist objects. in hotel is bar, where all drinks are included in price. very great design! I liked staying there. The room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Little touches like complimentary drinks and peanuts were very thoughtful. Central location, ultra modern, quiet, perfect for couples, walkable to all major sites. Excelent location. Very friendly staff. Small hotel, just four rooms. That is was only a 4 room guest house. Ideal location for exploring rome. design like open bar location. nothing. Nothing to say, made trip very special!. Staff was available upon a call but place was not occupied 24h a day. We got only one set of keys so it happened that if we split one of us had to wait outside for the other. there is no staff available in the premises for whatever assistance or inquiry you have. You can only call them. Wifi is great in thesmall lobby but very problematic in the room. Rooms and especially bathrooms are a bit small and not very well noise insulated. So if you like to sleep a lot this is not a room I'd recommend. Also there's no breakfast but only some croissants available in the morning. Wake up early or the other tenants will get them. :). A minor point really...the sound of traffic outside the window. no breakfast options, but hotel give restaurant, where can go and eat 6euro per person. The window didn't have a curtain or blind and looks out upon neighboring windows. Nothing. All is good. You should contact before about your arrival time because the owner might be not there all the time. We forgot and our phone didnt work so we had to wait quite long. Details still missing I guess in a year all will be finished. On road so a tad noisy. no breakfast have to call owner to ger thz keys and check out.
