We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. Both Miriam and Alberto are a friendly couple and they helped us from the beginning of the trip till the very last day. They picked us up at the train station, showed us around Bergamo and gave us some information about how to get around and also some tips where to go. They kindly booked us a shuttle taxi to the airport, which costed only 25 euros

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.
