  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us with a few problems (not with the hotel). - Location - right in the centre of old Mumbai 400m from Gate of India. Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.
