The hotel was really comfortable the room, though small was very modern / contemporary with a lovely attached bathroom great walk in shower! Its being all rennovated si make sure you get the 3rd floor where the rooms are all just about done. I really loved the hotel and was a perfect location as we were travelling onwards by train and its a 5 min walk to the station. We mentionned in our reservation to get one of the renovated rooms in the 4th floor and were lucky enough to get it. Not too big but very stilish and with flat screen - nicest room of our budget trip through India. The situation is very close to railway and bus station. Nice restaurants nearby and walking distance to sights.

The floor staff always had a hello and a smile. Location, great for exploring the city. Near the India Gate, about 30 min walk. Close to good food. Minutes. Early check in, no problem. Luggage storage for day of departure, no prob. Clean room. Room 412 where I stayed was cute and Mr Raaz was exactly good at his job of making my stay pleasant. good hotel near center of city to cover all market very nearby. The hotel is worth to the cost incurred. overall found satisfactory. The location was just fantastic, besider CST station and near to every main attraction and business centre in mumbai. We got the renovated rooms at 4th floor. The rooms was small but was neatly renovated with modern fittings in room and bathroom as well. Good to see a bath enclosure fitted in a budget hotel. Dont expect more and you would be pleasly delighted. We arrived early and manager was courteous enough to provide us with a room for 4 hours. No cockroaches and ants - which is really great advantage in Mumbai. This hotel, if you opt for the expensive rooms, 4th floor or above is clean, nice rooms but most without windows. Just the location close to cst. Decent for budget travellers. Room is ok but its too small. Good location. Location. Not a lot to say other than we had to pay cash at check out as their credit card machine was nit working ...that was just an inconvenience. Staff could be more polite. No wifi.. Never did and never will. How do all these hotels get away with saying they have it when they don,T. There is a very nice internet place a two block south. Pass on the restaurant, there are cheaper and better places to eat. Booked as 2 people, needed extra bed or twin room. Quoted one price, but got charged 400 rupees extra for 2nd person. How the officer on duty the evening I left on the 23rd treated me as though I was a good riddance to him.He was too unfriendly to work in a hospitality industry. Food. It really tasted average to bad. Staff were not properly trained. Males on front desk not as helpful/accomodating as needed. lots of noise coming from hallway, I think from staff doing work and calling to each other. The reception staff except Vidhya is not friendly. Service without smile. Rooms little small and bath rooms tap not work properly. I didn't have internet in my room. I chose the place because I thought I would have internet in the room. I was not able to paid with credit card. Their machine was broken, just like their internet connection. Some rooms are old with noisy AC and dirty bathes. Ask receiptioninist for room change if you have any doubts. A rat lives behind a windows of room #419. There are some reconstruction works at the hotel, so for now only 4th floor is renowated and value for this money. It is a little bit dirty, air-conditioner was leaking, wifi is only in the lobby. There is no tax included in price - so please remember about it. We felt the staff were not very helpful, abit short fused! The Internet was pants & eventually didn't work. It was very noisy even on the 1st floor! Very over priced in our opinion especially with no breakfast included!. Almost everything The bathroom was not clean So called Air Conditioner was worst than the ceiling fan The room atmosphere was very uncomfortable, had a moist-like feeling. It felt like the bed sheets were wet. The worst part, at the time of checkout I was asked from x amount and after they realised that I had booked from letsbookhotel.com they demanded more 17.42 % vat. Really a pathetic experience for me. Not recommended for this high price. Hotel room was too small - especially since we had the room for 3 people. Wifi is very important for traveller speacially for your business trip. i was facing problem to use internet and the wifi was not available which made me to shift to other hotel.Staff who sit in the reception is not friendly and some are very rude. no internet, liars. Sheets were stained. The room cleaner raju stole a amount of rs4000 from my pant pocket and the management were supporting him.
