This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we were very good.
Location is great and very peaceful.
Our room was spacious with nice sea view,Staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good.
If in the future we came back to neos marmaras surely we will stay in this hotel.

We got very spacious room with a large terrace and a sea view. A small beach is practically right in front of the hotel, which is nice if you want to take a quick swim. There's a free parking outside the hotel. Surrounding is quite and you won't hear any noises coming from the outside at night. Air conditioner (AC) works perfect, runs very quietly

Everything clean and welcoming with all the facilities that we expected.. The owner on site was very friendly and dealt with any small requests very efficiently. Location excellent. 10 minute stroll from the centre and in the other direction from a lovely beach. Cove for swimming 30 seconds away. Altogether excellent in every way.

Hotel is on the nice beach with clean sea. Whole hotel is newly renovated with comfortable, clean rooms. Dimitris and Irene, young couple who are running the hotel, are very friendly, speaking english and german. If you come with car, like we are, you can explore beatiful nature, magical beaches with cristal sea.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. House Voula is near the beach and has a big public parking place (free of charge) near by. Bear in mind that this is not a hotel and that you have to clean the apartment yourself, but I prefer it that way. Sheets and towels are changed every 5-6 days. I would definitely recommend it. -
