  Beautiful location, sea view and football field view. Nice little balcony. Internet is only in the public space downstairs, but i brought with me a powerful wifi repeater and the host was kind enough to let me install it downstairs. They offer a very nice food package at 8.50Euros for the ones that stay at the hotel. I totally recommend it. - The price-quality ratio, the restaurant, the special menu for hotel guests, the vicinity to the fairly nice beach.

  It is a very nice hotel, located near the centre of Neos Marmaras. You can reach bars and shops in less than 2 minutes.The hotel is very clean and the family that owns it, is there to make sure you don't have any problems. The beach is 10 minutes away. - Hosts are just great. They do the job clearly out of passion. Breakfast just equaling 5 star hotel - and this for 5 Euro. We even felt embarrassed to get so much for so little money. Rooms are very stylish and one sees the great symbiosis between an old hotel under a great new stewardship. We loved the style, the location and basically the hotel as such. It is a 2 star hotel with 4 star service.
