  The staff were amazing! Hotel gorgeous - views of the castles beautiful.Food was great. Location wonderful. Bathrooms were fabulous - greatjacuzzi tubs. Both our rooms were great. - It was very calm. Rooms very clean. No carpets, but towels to put in front of bed, which is hygienically perfect. Soap dispensers are environmentally friendly

  Lovely traditional Bavarian vacation apartment. Had a complete kitchen, dining area,bedroom and bath. Also included a lovely sun porch. The showers were first class. Well equipped kitchens. The lady of the house was charming and very welcoming.

  My stay in the hotel was excellent and I liked everything from theappartment to the breakfast variety and the good food in the resturant.I am a frequent traveller and I went in many hotels around Europe but Ithink the Helmerhof is one of the best I stayed in. - Great breakfast, pleasant roomy accommodation, helpful staff.   We liked the openness of the space (even with 6 people it felt like lots of room), the decor (especially in the master bathroom), the functionality of the kitchen, and the very comfortable exit we had right into the front yard with the lawn chairs and our own patio table. We felt right at home. - We - myself and hubby, my two teenagers and my parents - loved Luna Mia (Apt 3). The location could not be beat. Beautiful surroundings everywhere you look. The apartment was very spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top in kitchen. The bathrooms were luxurious.

  Staying at Haus Luna was truly a wonderful experience. It's an ideal location, especially for visitng Neuschwanstein Castle. Heidi, the staff member we interacted with, was very kind and accommodating. I made a mistake in our booking so we came a day earlier than she expected. We will very likely be back there to visit someday. - Neuschwanstien is one of the most amazing places i have ever been. Haus Luna is near the beautiful castle, you can have a wonderful walk accros the fields to the castle. The accommodation was also amazing, very nice rooms in beautiful bavarian house, the owner was very nice lady, gave us some tips what to do, where to go out for dinner. Thank you so much, we will be coming back.
