  The staff were amazing! Hotel gorgeous - views of the castles beautiful.Food was great. Location wonderful. Bathrooms were fabulous - greatjacuzzi tubs. Both our rooms were great. - It was very calm. Rooms very clean. No carpets, but towels to put in front of bed, which is hygienically perfect. Soap dispensers are environmentally friendly

  Peace and quiet, walked around, it's rural, we like that, plenty to do, toured the Old town of Fussen,Lechfall, toured the castles,used the spa faciliities. we loved it and would certainly stay here again without hesitation - Fantastic view of the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.   My stay in the hotel was excellent and I liked everything from theappartment to the breakfast variety and the good food in the resturant.I am a frequent traveller and I went in many hotels around Europe but Ithink the Helmerhof is one of the best I stayed in. - Great breakfast, pleasant roomy accommodation, helpful staff. Very happywith this hotel

Neuschwanstein is visible from rear rooms. - The friendliness of all of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was also excellent. It was away from the hustle of Fussin, yet located very close to the entrance to the castles.

  Friendly staff and welcome - great restaurant - very interesting hotel with much history - we only stayed one night as we were on our way to Italy by motorcycle, but would definately return for a longer stay. - Very pleasant. The hotel and the room are very nice
