  Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time.   This was a great hotel. The room was small but very clean and efficient. The bathroom too was small, but everything worked wonderfully and it is so well vented that there is no steam after showering. We liked this hotel a lot.   We stayed here just for one night, the hotel is very nice. We arrived quite late and just in time for the buffet which was really good. Nice staff, good comfy room and easy parking - Excellent view of the Reichsburg Castle across the Mosel river. Nice food and staff

  The hospitality and friendliness of the family who run this hotel. Good food and wine. Excellent value. We arrived late at 9:15 pm after a long days ride and they cooked us a meal. Not many hotels would do that!   Breakfast was posted as 7-10 but I was allowed to eat at 6:15 on all days. Nice since I had to be somewhere at 7:30 daily. The sauna and lounge was a nice feature after a day at the office - relax and bake. - Very friendly, family-run hotel that's an easy 15-20 min drive to Ramstein AB.
