  Our view of the vineyards and the mosel river were fabulous. Briedel is a very small town, so dining options were limited. Our hotel had a wonderful breakfast included in our stay, and the rooms were modern and extremely clean and comfortable. The most memorable was how nice Stephan & Frank were. Let them know if you want smoking or none smoking room.   Very well equipped and comfortable cottages - spotlessly clean and everything seemed almost brand new. Close proximity to the Nurburgring a bonus but far enough away to be very peaceful with lovely views over rolling countryside. Excellent Spa included in the price.
