  We came off a boat trip up the Rhine and found the hotel an easy 15min walk to the hotel from the landing. We found the staff most helpful as we only speak English. They directed us to a great little German pub with very good food at an excellent price. The host was a hoot!! Not our first choice. Yet the staff was very friendly and helpful despite being very busy and overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The castle next door is gorgeous!

  Stayed in an upgraded single room and it was very nice with a good size room, big comfortable bed, flatscreen TV and a spotless bathroom, all the details felt like they were thought through. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot to choose from, hotel staff was very nice and willing to help with whatever I asked for.   Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time.
