  Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly.   The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!   Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) .   The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts! Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm. Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
