The U8 underground line runs to Alexanderplatz and the trendy Hackescher Markt area in 10 minutes. The M10 tram takes you through the popular going-out districts of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain.

The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer! The apartment block itself was very secure and quiet and couldn't have been any closer to Bernauer Strasse U stop, and the M10 Tram stop, a great place to get to all areas of the city. Great traditional pub on the corner opposite - cheap beer and friendly environment for a nigh.

The restaurant is great for breakfast/dinner, with very tasty and modern cuisine. The apartment is in a good location, between PrenzlauerBerg and Mitte. The U-Bahn and StrassenBahn (BernauerStrasse) are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. You can go walking to the city centre (Mitte). In 20 minutes you are in Alexander Platz. And the best restaurants in Prenzlauer Ber. Very friendly staff, the best restaurant ever with a great breakfast and menu, very flexible, all important things are available (e.g. coffeemachine and COFFEE :), washing machine etc), each appartment has a clean style, very close to metrostation and so on. This is the best value for the money. We have everything we need in the apartment and within walking distance. It is central but very quite. The place is very spacious. We loved it and have recommended to our friends who may visit Berlin in two month. The apartment was very quiet and in a good location given that there is a U Bahn station right outside the front door. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was clean and the apartment is bright and airy. Good apartment in a great location with historical significance (it formed part of the inner Berlin wall). Friendly helpful staff. Apartment 6 was huge! Spotlessly clean & excellent facilities. Location perfect for seeing Berlin, the underground great. The apartment was very nice --clean & bright. The breakfast was very tasty. Nice clean apartments with good furniture, equiped kitchen, good location. Location and size, clean, staff helpful and friendly. Staff, location, place, atmosphere. Nothing!. Nothing, everything great. Additional cost for WIFI in the apartment, but it was available at no cost at the nearby restaurant. Had to pay for wifi but not much €3/day & excellent coverage Cracked cups need replacing but again minor. First impressions of the cafe --maybe a coat of paint would change the first impressions.
