  The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want. Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

  The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts! Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm.   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin.   The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!   Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Free parking (24/7) in a nearby side street was relatively easy to get. 2 underground stations (diffe - Clean room, small but practical. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs.
