  Our room was brand new, very big for a European Hotel. It was Clean. The Breakfast was Magnificent. They had a complimentary fruit basket available all day long. Free Internet. It was close to buses subway and the bus to the airport picked up in front of hotel and was a 15 minute ride. - The staff was very friendly and very helpful.   The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly.
