  The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly.   I do not normally blog about hotels. But Matiss was a superb host, the apartment was clean, stunning, secure (4 bolted doors to access), a gorgeous little courtyard. Matiss was always at the end of the phone to help, top guy and top tr - The apartment was clean, tidy, newly renovated, ver well designed, in short, the reality totally reflected the photos on the web-site. THe room smelled fresh, neat and tidy, the location was also very good, close to UBahn, with a supermarket in 2mins walk. The apartment had a tiny kitchen for cooking, which I never used, but if you are travelling with friends, it may come handy. The yard is closed, so it is really very safe and very quiet.
