  Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.   It was our first time in Frankfurt and we wanted an hotel which offered an airport shuttle service. Due to the fact that we only stayed for one night, I believe this hotel was one of the best ones in value that I've ever been to. The airport shuttle is free of charge and was on time (both from the airport and to the airport). What a fantastic gesture - My main criteria for hotels mainly are- room with a view and balcony preferred though this is not commonly found for city hotel, but this hotel does:) Ideal for city trip cause its close from main town with literally 5mins drive to Frankfurt Main Train Station by cab. I had a double bed room for single occupancy, it was perfect size, comfy and bright. Shower and hot water works perfectly, weather was cold outside but seems hotel set temperature was perfect that I did not need to switch on the

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !

  This was a perfect place to spend the weekend with family. The hotel is centrally located, near public transport. There's a nice small park out front and the hotel-staff are very helpful. Also, the rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the living room was large enough for 6 people and 2 kids.   I have stayed here before and loved how close it was to the airport and the staff have always been very warm to welcome you to the hotel and assist with anything you may need. The shuttle service runs 24hrs and makes it nice for getting to the airport on time.
