The hotel 7 min walk inside from the grand hotel has a great location and service! The owners Eugiene and Jean were extremely kind and lovely people who went out of their way to help us with everything. The french breakfast is also a very nice assortment. The room which we had was small but nicely furnished and very clean. The garden is also well kept and the efforts of the staff very visible. Their beautiful dogs Scarlet and Dune are so very friendly and make the place feel like a home away fr

I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away.

The hotel is marvelous. Owner was very friendly and checked me in personally upon arrival. The pictures on the internet do not do it justice, only when you arrive do you see how amazing the property. The only bad thing about the stay was that I could not stay longer.
