  Very friendly staff and excellent service. We were made to feel very welcome. Excellent breakfasts with plenty of choice. Comfortable rooms with good amenities and a high standard of décor.   The owners of La Tour du Tresorier, Thierry and Sophie, were incredibly charming, friendly and helpful. They were anxious to recommend places to visit and eat and would make reservations on our behalf- to be cancelled if necessary- without our having to request. Elegantly served. - The beautiful location including a historical setting, lovely gardens, views and wonderful comfort. Our hosts were charming and helpful, the breakfast tasty and it all felt very special. Everything was delightful including the town of Tournus. We hope to go back and stay a bit longer next time.
