  This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here with our 6-month old and our small French bulldog for a quick one-night getaway to visit the Christmas Markets. I will say that it is hard to get to (especially this time of year when many of the streets are closed due to markets) but my husband hopped out and walked up the block to the hotel and they came a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nd waved their card and let us through straight to the hotel. The hotel itself is small but impecable. I felt like I was staying in a castle of sorts. - This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.

  This was a great studio with a functional kitchenette and with stylish modern presentation. The German fold out sofa bed was very comfortable. The Studio is in the city centre, close to all amenities and a short distance from the Cathedral, near to the Hotel De Ville. Our host did everything possible to ensure an enjoyable stay. Complementary small bottle of wine in fridge. Terrasse good for when not raining.

  We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg. Staffs are super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and nice. Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). Everything came together in a perfect manner. We give our best recommendations. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

Even if one arrives when the reception is closed, all information on how to enter the building and pick up the key (door card) is sent by email.
