  Hotel staff - Evelyn, Nathalie, Sebastian and Louis - absolutely fabulous. Could not have asked more from our stay at this beautiful hotel. Beyond the excellence of the staff, the hotel was very clean and immaculately furnished. Located in the heart of the old town, yet very quiet and peacefull.   I would definitely stay here again. Very good value. Very comfortable beds, nice clean room/bathroom. Excellent breakfast available until 11, brilliant. Late checkout (midday). PC available for guests, free teas/coffee in small ground floor TV room/lounge. It is super convenient to the main train station, 200 meters away, I stayed at the Ibis Styles, to catch an early train the next morning. There's another Ibis Hotel a couple of blocks away. I was glad I wasn't staying there. It was not going to be near as nice as this one.

  After a long day of sightseeing, this was the perfect place to "come home" to... the receptionist was friendly and efficient with the check in process and it was of course fantastic that she could speak to us in both English and German.
