  The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. On top of that they spoke many languages therefore it was easy to communicate with no misunderstandings. The room was quite small but we got a small balcony overlooking the road which was lovely.   The first thing that struck was how friendly the owner was then the room was really clean with fresh towels and sheets each day. Very easy to find and with good access to Dinard's centre and the beach.   Very well equipped gite - I think they've thought of everything and I can be particular! Bed was very comfy. DVD player (tried & tested) for the kids, instant hot water, nice little patio area. Fast wi-fi. Very clean. Two minute walk to the boulangerie & tabac, 5 mins to the beach.
