  1. Most of all thanks to the member of the staff. Unfortunately, don't know the name (Asian madam). Very helpful and nice - a real enjoy after a tiring exhausted trip. 2. Polyglot staff for all language tastes. 3. Clean rooms. We were granted a room on the higher floor by request without any problem. 4. FREE private parking. 5. The hotel is ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » in the center - you just need about 5 minutes walking to see to the first sight (church St Maclou), and then after it took us no more than 2 hours to - Friendly staff, great location, very close to the city center( 15 min by foot) Parking, it's possible to leave car in the parking even after check-out in the morning, so it's really nice if you walk to the city center and dont need to think about parking in Rouen

  Loved the location & the staff was very, very nice & helpful, but very little English spoken. It was charming, clean & had a very sweet lobby and courtyard. Great deal for the price.
