  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The bar was fantastic and there was a great selection for breakfast. On top of great service and facilities, the rooms (and bathrooms) were fantastic.   The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used. Hence I thought it might be a new hotel. Everything in the room worked as it should and the night was silent despite overlooking the main train line. Triple-glazing works! We knew there was no evenin - This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds, the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the complimentary toiletries and snacks (what budget hotel still does that?)...
