  The reception clerk was particularly helpful and drew us a map of the restaurant we wished to go to.The situation of the hotel near the River Saone was excellent. The area was quiet at night and we felt safe walking back to the hotel at night.   It got dark when we arrived Le Potin, but the host did wait for us and prepared some suggestions for us to dine. It did save us a lot of time to figure out the place to eat. The room is big, with an extremely large bed. The bathroom is huge, it surprised me with this value can have such a big bath tub and 2 showers inside the room. So beautiful and old, but finely decorated and so unusual. Loved, Loved it. Excellent food prepared by the owner we understand. Wish we would have been there longer.   A very friendly hotel. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. They made room so we could park our car outside the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the back of the hotel which was really quiet. The room was a nice size and had good quality fittings and furnishings which were aesthetically pleasing. Plus the air-con ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » worked! The breakfast was a typical French breakfast and was reasonably priced. Would definately stay again. - Very friendly owners and very helpful. Although hotel has no own parking, they offered to take bikes off car and store overnight on premisses. Parking was 5 min up the road. Clean, tastefull rooms and excellent value breakfast.

  Toured Eurpoe for 3 months with this being the best value for money of any hotel by a considerable margin. The package of meals and accommodation was absolutely superb. The best dinner with had any where including the eiffel tower. If you get the dinner in the package take it without hesitation.   Good value, great rooms. Place to keep our bikes and very helpful, friendly staff. Free tea and coffee which was nice. Breakfast was lovely.
