It is a good value for money.We drove to Manosque by car to visit provencial villages. The apartments were clean, convenient and offered a good value for money. I would recommend this place as a base to visit provence when one is driving a car AND is ready to drive at least 45 mns to visit the main touristic spots of Provence. -

It's in the industral area so most of the people there are workers, but you can find tourist too. I was travelling with the bike and there was no problem to bring the bike inside the room.

Lovely helpful staff in reception. Simple self service accommodation.
Small kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker, electric hob, microwave and
fridge. Warm (our visit was during cold weather). Comfy bed. Local shops
for groceries and meals. If you want service (we didn't) then
don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for
exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure,
convenient and good value.

We were two couples in a two bedroom apartment for a short visit to Aix-en-
Provence. The price was good, and the hotel was close enough to town--
not in the center, but a short trip by car. The rooms were clean and
simple, and morning breakfast was filling for a long day of sightseeing.

We liked the helpful/friendly staff and the well designed accommodation with external roller shutters for added security; together with the swipe card access system.The swimming pool was an added bonus.Very laid back atmosphere all round. We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

We chose this hotel just for one night stay on our trip to Spain. It it well located - not far from city center (about 20 minutes walk) and highway. There are free parking places on a street as well as hotel parking (not free). Room has all equipment necessary to prepare small breakfast!
