  Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel du Paris and shops; everything is in walking. The room was fine and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street.   Hotel is located right on the sea edge, very rare for the South of France where normally the first line of hotels is across the road from the sea. We had a room with the balcony that was 3 meters from the sea. Breakfast is nice - with eggs, fruits, all the pastry - on the terrace with excellent sea view.   The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!
